The C-VILLE printed a second round of backlash in “Mailbag” yesterday against its June 26 cover spread inquiring into the absence of a strip club in Charlottesville. Personally, I thought the first round was pretty rough. Sounds pretty unanimous: Great for cVillains, not so great for civilians.

    I knew the cover would draw a ton of heat, had to assume they did as well. I’m more surprised they had the balls to do it than anything else.

    Being “liberal” doesn’t necessarily preclude one from being a prude. I’m sure plenty of soccer moms in town listen to NPR and hate Bush, but they’d be appalled to learn that their 14 year old sons download gangbang videos on the internet.
