The “other” Foxfield (no s) Races

If you think the spring Foxfield Races are the stain of the human race and the embarrassment of American horse racing, I encourage you to pull out your pink polo, pack a picnic, and plant yourselves on a plot at the fall Foxfield Races this Sunday. (And alliterate.) Anyway, the Family Day festivities include terrier races, pony rides, and a skydiving demo. You may even get to see a drunk law student outside of its natural habitat, Elliewood Ave on weeknights.

I’ve been, and I think it’s a hoot. Have fun.

Looks like fun! Thanks for posting it. My wife and I have adopted several dogs from the SPCA in the past (back when we lived in Northern Virginia). We always look for events that support the SPCA or Service Dog programs.
