A picture full of ghosts explains it all:
We don’t know about you but we are freaking out in cVillain land and it’s not just because Halloween is almost here. Villains don’t scare us. We create villainous secret societies and combine evil powers to conquer the world, but ghosts are a completely different story.
You see it all started with this so called “Update to the Downtown Mall” thing. You can look through the Master Plan and you will find it obvious that Ghosts will haunt the mall in the near future. The evidence continues after the break…
Evidence #1: The Master Plan
Master Plan is a “German-American” power metal band band founded by Uli Kusch and Roland Grapow upon leaving Helloween. Helloween is a shoddily disguised cover for Halloween which as everyone knows is a pagan festival where they worship and promote a world ruled by ghosts. “Helloween Charlottesville” results in almost 10,000 results on Google, making the connection 100% clear.
Evidence #2: The Fire Lane.
Take a look at the proposed location of the fire lane.
Why would you need a fire line on a mall that literally has road access every 100 feet or so? Ghostbusters have very demanding schedules these days and their vehicles need easy access to prime ghost hunting territories.
Anyone with any bit of education would realize that the 1980s Ecto 1 had been sold because 2007 brought along the new and improved Ecto 10. Unfortunately the Ecto 10 has a poor turning radius and can’t make any of the cross street turns in Charlottesville, thus the reason for an easy access FIRE GHOST LANE.
Evidence #3: Installation of ExtraTerrestrial (ET) and ExtraPhysical (EP) “Fixtures”
The “MMM Design Group” proposed the installation of every known automated ghost fighting fixture known to man.
Why else would would Charlottesville need massive amounts of “ETs” and “EPs?” Only a fool would doubt the upcoming future ghost wars that will happen in Charlottesville.
Be prepared cVillains, the battle us upon us.
As we continue our investigative reports we will ask the community to help us answer our next question… Are our citizens safe from the ghost future on the mall or all these defenses a distraction from something we cannot fight?

I, for one, welcome our new ghostly overlords. I’d suggest that maybe they’ll drive away the gutter punks, but I haven’t seen them in over a week. Maybe the ghosts are already at work cleaning up the mall…
