I saw them at the now-defunct Trax during my undergrad days. Good times.
I don’t really find them terribly interesting anymore, but another nice get for Satellite to be sure.

Even though it’s not on this list, “Sugarcube” really is the best video in the history of rock videos. Mr. Show, clarinets, Middle Earth references, and the Foghat Principle - nothing else really comes close.

It appears Musictoday is selling tickets online right now, actually, from the Satellite Ballroom’s homepage.

This will be a sit down affair with “storytelling” & audience participation.
    special show…
PLUS Kurt Wagner from LAMBCHOP will be opening.
    This will sell out Quick!
Sharon Jones, Fiery Furnaces… 2008 is shaping up rather quickly!

Dude… Lambchop? How I Quit Smoking is like the best album ever. Or am I thinking of Is A Woman? Fuck it, I don’t know. But now there’s a reason to see Yo La Tengo other than indulging in their unique brand of pushing the limits between “boring fucking indie mediocrity” and “stodgy old people noise experimentation.”
