    How about I also correlate to daily site traffic as well as add an inverted relationship to # of posts that week. Hell, while I’m at it why don’t I also factor in day of the week, time of day, post author, and the alignment of the moon and stars.

    I think part of this is also if we include a “continue reading” break in a post, so it’s actually hard to gauge what is most popular.
