So, the Hardware Store is Finally Rented?

We heard the rumor from 2 sources that the Hardware Store was leased by someone from the X-Lounge team.

We also heard they are going to serve nothing but Spam (OK, that’s a lie).

Does anyone know more deets?

    Not sure, but I _did_ notice that a number of the conference rooms at the Omni were reserved for Apple Computer today. There were a fair number of people in there… whether they’re having a training session or whether this has something to do with the proposed Apple Store on the Mall, I have no idea… I mean, what explanations do you have for a contingent from Apple coming to Charlottesville?

I can’t see Apple modding that space to fit their Apple Store image without pissing off the ARB. I mean, the Hardware Store is kind of an historic landmark-type of place, right?
