ah, I was about to post and ask what all the sirens were…

My boss was leaving work and said she saw 2 sheriff cars speeding down Linden and a Firetruck on Carlton all headed that way..

Lu: I appreciate the breaking news, but it seems a bit inappropriate to gloat about getting the scoop when one or may people may have just been shot.

this is from NBC 29 — does it make sense to anyone? seems like a very abrupt step from the car crashing to two men being shot…

According to police, two men and one woman were riding in a white mini van when they began to fight. The vehicle then crashed on Fairway Avenue near the intersection of Meade Avenue.

The two men were shot. The woman suffered an ankle injury.

@13: It’s quite obvious they weren’t wearing their seat belts. Everyone knows that if you get in an accident and you’re not wearing a seat belt, you will end up getting shot.

  16. 08 Apr 2008 at 4:06 pmthat's what she said:

i heard they were fighting about our current financial crisis and how the fed has auctioned another $50 billion to cash-strapped banks in the constant battle with credit, when all of the sudden, BAM! a pack of geographically-challenged eskimos mistook their white mini-van for an igloo on wheels, and crashed.

then a few members from the RPP were quick to the scene, decided that this type of shit just shouldn’t be happening on their turf, and shot the two men. the woman then sprained her ankle after tripping over a black jelly bean in the street.

@16 That’s dangerously close to humor, which has been deemed by the Arbiters of Levity to be unacceptable in shooting threads. Don’t make me write your mom a letter.

We live in myopic Disneyland where this makes breaking headline news. They were probably arguing over why they drove a minivan. Hey! That is totally insensitive to soccer moms. The soccer mom has a mom somewhere. I’m going to write her a letter.

    B Yo,
I noticed your letter to Mom comment while I was traveling three cities with a couple of my step kids. You were more negative than anyone I meet, snarf the “Ville”!, that includes cab drivers!
Cool you tried to engage me and it worked. My letter (if you remember or scroll back) idea was not addressed to a mom but to a family. Maybe you have a
problem with mothers because you are a dad. I asked you very nicely to “letter it go” but for some reason that is hard for you. Maybe you find it enthralling to
talk type to someone probably your age. I may be close to your age but we are worlds apart, so be happy in your DJ, father land, working a job that you seem not happy
in but leave my letter ass self writing along. How’s that? I have no scorn, shit I just don’t think that way.
I only hope if my Ernest children get into that sort of trouble, someone is able to show compassion. My bet is if a master little yos has ” a run in with the law”, you’d be
happy for one fucking letter. Dude, loose the chip, get out of what ever is it a velvet closet, paint your nipples and most importunately raise you little yos. But that letter was
never meant for a mother, my letter was addressed to the Woodson family, now leave my ass alone. Check my homework dude, then check your kids.

This site is much too young for me. Having done and over it.
    Thanks, Ernest
    Winner Belmont.
Don’t bother with responding, you are simply ground hog day, dude get out or accept your future. Maybe write your ex- wife a thank you (letter , like that?)for all she has done. The way I see it is
you have WAY too much time on your hands to raise two children properly. Now snarf and hip on this shit.
I will lurk this site no more posts but Belmont Yo , get down on what is really real. Not to hurt your feelin’s or nothin”. No scorn involved. Mkay?
Oh and fuck Mom, who needs them , when is the last time you talked to yours? Shit whatever bad has happened in your life, I am so sure, is her fault. Turn up your the volumn on your stereo, you are so very cool.not. Could be your kids will be cooler than you? Show them the light! Let this site know where all of you end up.
    Letters are good, write one.

Then you go on to insult me, my parenting, my kids, my mother and god knows what all else. And all over a dumb joke that was way more a conflict with Shenanigans than you. Let’s see how Shen solved that problem…

    19 @17: Your mom’s a letter.

Oh! A sense of humor! Imagine that. So sorry to hear you lost yours. Jesus. Lighten up, Francis.

I ain’t out to win anything, by the way, just trying to eek a little joy out of this life, on cvillain or elsewhere. Be silly, crack a few jokes, whatever… Sorry it got under your gossamer skin. Bound to happen, though, I suppose.

Welcome to the Bipolar Internets. Thor..please. It’s the nature of the beast. It gets hairy and well, odd. Utopia is an illusion. Especially, when most people are insane. You want to make it insular. Fine. Pass a sanity test. O.K. An ability to understand humour quiz? An open forum is going to get weird. You can’t legislate common sense or social mores. The “rules” don’t apply. Unless the governed decide they want to be less governed and the people start to revolt. That’s happened a few times in history. Once..it was a small Sherpa tribe.
