“We are extremely pleased that we were able to resolve this case safely. We are looking forward to returning Lorena to her parents and her school where she belongs,” said Chief Timothy Longo of the Charlottesville Police. “This effort could not have been successful without the great partnership with the FBI, other local authorities, Buford Middle School and with the assistance and participation of the public.”
As this is an ongoing investigation, the Charlottesville Police will continue its practice of not commenting on specifics of the case or this arrest pending its resolution.

I was pretty sure that she was tied up in Parlie’s basement. I’m glad that wasn’t the case and that she’s home safely.
I don’t think that Parlie is even tied up in Parlie’s basement. Not that we’ve ever discussed which specific basement Parlie is currently inhabiting.
/second rule of Cvillain is don’t talk about Parlie’s exact location… or loosen his restraints
