Week of the Dead

week of the dead

Is it just me or does Charlottesville seem crazy dead this week?  I know all hell is going to break loose in the upcoming graduation week, but the downtown mall seems so empty.  What gives?!  This weekend seemed pretty slow to me too.

Possible explanations:

1.  Zombies are starting to take over the city.

2. UVa is shutdown.

3.  The weather has given everyone a cold.

4.   I am on crazy pills.

There were a lot of weddings this past weekend, so I think a lot of people ended up spending their weekend nights at Receptions and Rehearsal Dinners.

Weather. Everyone seems to stay inside, around here, when it rains.

Or maybe everyone was in Texas crashing Jenna’s wedding to the UVA Darden boy.

    /pass the crazy pills

It’s a bit quiet because I’m spreading the Gospel according to St. Tuffy across the Italys. It’s like Charlottesville here, but with more cigarettes and less Blue Light Grille (thank G! The latter immediately reduces the date rape and hair gel sales by no less than 71% compared to the Ville).

The Body Part Bread is kinda funny. But gross. The Hairdryer gun is totally fucked up. Some of us have lost family members to guns to the noggin and don’t really think that making a joke of it is particularly funny.
