On the bottom left, we have this thing called “most popular posts.” We think a gremlin lives on the internet, gets drunk and arbitrarily chooses the winners. While these posts certainly are popular, we wanted to pick a handful of posts that you need to read if you are new to the site. Also, to be fair to new readers, cVillain isn’t for everyone. That’s why we have cvilleMUSE and cvilleStyle which are actually more professional, have real editors and people who actually know what they are talking about.
Without further ado, here are the things you need to read:
Our site is about you; so as always, you are invited to write articles and we will publish them. We don’t publish personal attacks or advertisement, but everything else is fair game.
Most importantly, you should comment. We love commenters and we know things can be uninviting at times, so make sure to read a refresher on commenting and our code of ethics.
You want a taste of interesting commentary and an example of it spinning out of control (in good Villain nature)? Read our post about the most influential people in Charlottesville.
Want to know how we go about snarking and what 25% of the people who went to Foxfield read?? Make sure you read our Foxfield Races preview. While dated, it’s pretty sweet.
We know how to dance, too. When we said Goodbye to OXO, we were all sad.
We like to talk about serious things (in not serious ways). Check out our heated discussion of internet spamming!
Food Stuff – You can’t forget this site is about food. Read things like our Guide to Local Food, our List of Restaurant Reviews or our Complaints About Not Having Good Pastries.
As much as we love Charlottesville, some of our best stuff is being critical. Check out the things that used to be cool in Charlottesville.
Happy reading and as always, we are welcome to input. Cheers!

(thor, some of your links are wrong)
@1 Which Thor?
@2: Oh, double, triple, quintuple snap at all of your thors.
multiple thors makes me sad.
I’m the cute one. Thor Four is the sassy one.
i’m thor seven. the one that doesn’t exist.
There are so many Thors that will need Thor-a-zine just to keep up.
“…which are actually more professional, have real editors and people who actually know what they are talking about.”
Pshaw, like that’s what I come to the internet for anyway.
@2, I know, right?!?! I’ve been thinking bout this since I read THE article. I thought Thor was my friend, now I find out he’s just a composite. lame. Lilith would’ve never let this happen. Give her some $$.
/hi silm!
