Sounds pretty deliberate. Being shot one time is bad luck, but twice is a pattern — someone’s out to get him.

Gunshots in Belmont yesterday, too. About 6pm, and it sounded like they were around 6th street between Elliott and Monticello.

i miss the days when the Jamaican Drug Gang ruled the streets of Cville. Those guys were all nice as hell and really funny and fun to speak with, all spoke that fascinating patois/creole. Apparently they reserved their merciless cut-throatedness for late-nite.
