This video went viral on the internet:
It shows Domino’s employees putting food up their nose, passing gas on salami and then putting it on pizza for customers. It freaked out a bunch of consumers and apparently Domino’s brand was hurt so badly by this video that the CEO had to issue an apology on YouTube.
One can only imagine the two events are related.
