I know, not cville related, but by now we might all know someone who has had swine flu (six degrees of separation right?). I found this interesting new blog site started by online tech geek Mike Su. He was on this tech/entrepreneur tour in Asia and had the misfortune of sitting 3 rows behind someone with swine flu on his way to Beijing. His blog was supposed to chronicle the trip and all of its tech orgies, but instead he blogged everyday about what its like to be in Chinese quarantine. It is actually pretty funny and might shed some light on how these situations are handled abroad. It will probably take you 10 min to read through his posts, laughing not included. Welcome back Mike!

MAXIM this month (i tried-tried-tried to cancel my subscription) has an article 1) claiming many academics and church groups have finally realized that Harry Potter is a homosexual; 2) Sendak’s Wild Things is a thinly veiled Furries fantasy-piece; 3) some other stuff i was too bored to read.
