Once I have individuals in place, and ready to move on opportunities, we will be in a better position to guide from the front, as opposed to covering from after the fact. Granted, a lot of stuff can be written about what happened, but how long are we going to really be interested in things that happened days (weeks?) ago? I mean, it's not 9/11 or the birth of a child. You should have gotten him on board beforehand, so that he could guide us through the VFF, rather than just telling us how gnarly and rad things were and we should have been there, totes.
