The continuing saga surrounding the ‘illegal’ solid waste dumping by evil mastermind Peter van der Linde is set to spill into the streets, with a protest at the free speech wall tomorrow afternoon. Bob Fenwick appears to be leading the rabble, stating that the Rivanna Sewer and Water Authority is spending taxpayer money in an attempt to convict Linde for instructing his drivers to dump solid waste without paying the appropriate surcharges, which have amounted to around $1 million.
The prosecution has had a star witness called into question recently, when a jury found Richard Wade Kendrick guilty of attempting extortion against his previous employer, Linde. Whether or not this will sideline the trial is yet to be determined.
Fenwick is inviting supports to meet tomorrow at 2:00PM, in order to draw speakers for the RWSA meeting on Thursday (12/17).

I also saw the attempted extortion thing earlier this week in the Daily Regress. That guy is mad stupid and the prosecution is as well if they try to use him as a witness.
