AT&T, OH NO YOU DIDN’T

ATT

This giant press releases giant press release just fell across my desk and I thought I should highlight the important part:

AT&T is committed to providing reliable communications before, during and after a storm, and delivering the highest levels of service quality for customers under all circumstances. Millions of residential and business customers depend on AT&T for critical voice, data and video communications, as well as entertainment services.

With Virginia coastal residents preparing for Tropical Storm Hanna, AT&T is providing important communications tips for residents and small businesses to use before, during and after a storm.

AT&T is obviously doing a feel good PR campaign with this.  Real translation “oh you scared little humans, AT&T is here to save the day in the face of emergency, danger and evil.”

Well, I say to you AT&T, how about you fix your problems and issues with non-emergency situations before you brag about an untrue “high service quality” to Virginia customers?  More BS in More locations!
