Another long weekend of drinking has passed. It was actually quite eventful. Checked out Fridays after Five and loved the band. Hit the mall scene on Friday and Saturday. All and all the nice weather seemed to bring out everyone and everyone was in high spirits.

A little birdie (Tuesday) did report a sudden closing of Cassis on Friday night. I received this news AFTER I passed by on Friday night and noticed it closed for “a private party”, which did seem to be the case. Private party on a Friday night?! Not sure what happened with the place Friday, but it was all a bit out of the norm.

Escafe had been missing a doorknob, apparently it has been replaced…more news on the original later.

Van Halen finally went down as planned and Bruce Springsteen was said to have been awesome.

No kickball games were canceled.

The sun was shining all weekend and is still going strong!
