Charlottesville just keeps pushing the envelope on this topic. After UNCUS provided a full frontal copy of the UVa Playboy shoot, we wrapped the US Pole Dance East Coast Competition @ The Paramount, and now we hear that Girls Gone Wild is conducting ‘phone screenings’ and requesting images be submitted for consideration of a local shoot, and on Craigslist none the less…

And people think Charlottesville isn’t progressive. Sunday October 4th marks the date we can all officially let out a cheer and congratulate ourselves on making it to the big time. Yes folks, we are going to host the USPDFs (US Pole Dance Federation) inaugural East Coast Competition. This event will showcase a wide range of talent, including the current US National Champion, Jenyne Butterfly (in an exhibition only performance), along with 12 other competitors from across the US.
Charlottesville’s very own Erica Shergold has not only been teaching Pole Dancing and Lap Dance classes through her program E-Fit, she will also be amongst the competitors. You can reach her through Shergold Studio.
There will also be an after party hosted by The X-Lounge after the performance on Sunday, invite your friends and hang out with the competitors.
This event will be held at the Paramount, from 3-6PM, $45 GA / $65 VIP (intéressant). [Info]
