Charlottesville Police made an arrest this past Friday in relation to the Exxon station robbery on the 12^th, and the Wendy’s restaurant theft on the 14^th.  Richard Bernard Conry, 22, was arrested on October 2^nd at a Charlottesville home.  The Exxon attack left the cashier injured, and requiring medical attention at UVa.

No word on exactly how much cash was taken during the two heists, however, Conry has been charged with five felonies, including Robbery (x2), Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Robbery (x2), and one count of Malicious Wounding.

Conry adds the above charges to a few more minor incidences, namely a Larceny charge in 2006, and Using Abusive Language, in ’05.  [Photo Credits - The City Of Charlottesville]

The teenage boy who plead guilty for the I-64 shooting will spend 180 days in a juvenile center.  Brandon Dawson will be sent to the Blue Ridge Detention Center, have a supervised release and have to pay $12,500 in restitution.
