First Night Virginia is holding a benefit this evening at the Greencroft Club in Ivy tonight, tickets start at $60 for a single, and $100 for a couple. Hackensaw Boys At Veritas

Cosmonaut’s Ruin CD release w/ Worn in Red and Balaclava @ iS
Will be playing this Saturday at iS Venue. These guys are not to be missed if you’re into postpunk/drone spacerock. It’s loud and heavy and slow. Worn in Red is fantastic too – a local band just signed to No Idea records and about to take off touring a lot.
