The two have been at each other’s throats as Brady has worked overtime to keep Rachel from her mom; however, the more he does so, the more his daughter pushes him away. DOOL spoilers for the week of July 31st hint that the couple will meet in front of the judge, who will offer a shocking decision. Right now, Brady has full custody of the young girl, and he’s used this power to keep Kristen from her daughter.
At the end of the day, Ms. DiMera is vile and terrible; however, she is the little girl’s mother. Brady should’ve come up with an agreement around supervised visits at the very least.
Keeping Rachel away from Kristen has only romanticized her mother to the little girl, and in many ways, the child is slowly, but surely, turning on her father. After all, she was the one who called the cops on him after he threatened Kristen with a gun!
DOOL Spoilers: Rachel Black Continues To Turn On Her Dad
After being charged at the station, Brady’s lawyer and sister Belle Brady (Martha Madison) was able to strike up a deal with Kristen to withdraw her and Rachel’s testimony, if Mr. Black agreed to shared custody.
He did, and it seems that while he’s dragging his feet, Brady and Kristen might be on the same page. Somewhat, that is.
But, what if Rachel tells the judge she only wants to be with her mom? During custody hearings, a child’s testimony is not only taken into account but their wishes are also often granted.
If Rachel meets with the judge to have a chat, could she implore him to give Kristen full custody? Is this the “surprising” decision he makes?
