  • Jaclyn Smith recently celebrated her son’s wedding.
  • In the photos from the big day, her co-star, Kate Jackson from “Charlie’s Angels” was spotted.
  • This shocked fans since Jackson had not been seen in public for almost 14 years.

Jaclyn Smith, one the stars of the iconic TV show “Charlie’s Angels,” recently celebrated her son Gaston Richmond’s wedding to Bonnie Lane.

Smith shared a video from the beautiful wedding that was held in the backyard of her Beverly Hills home. She was proud of her son and happy to see her family expand.

The actress wore a beautiful mint green feathered gown and let down her voluminous blonde hair. However, as Smith’s video panned to show the different guests and decorations of the wedding, one of her costars, who had not been seen in public in a while, was spotted.

It had been 14 years since Jackson was seen in public. The last time she was photographed in public was at her “Charlie’s Angels” costar Farrah Fawcett’s funeral in Los Angeles in 2009. Therefore, fans were shocked and excited to see her join Smith on such a big day for her and her family.

Netizens did not forget to point out how beautiful the wedding looked, but most fans thought their eyes fooled them when they spotted Jackson. Despite the uncertainty, many still said she looked “great.”

Kate Jackson’s Life after “Charlie’s Angels”

“Charlie’s Angels first aired in 1976 and ended in 1981, and Jackson played the role of Sabrina Duncan, but she left the show in 1979.

The actress landed another role in a big show called “Scarecrow and Mrs. King.” She also appeared in the movie, “Making Love.” Life for her seemed to be going well; she married her second husband, David Greenwal, in 1982, after her union with Andrew Stevens ended.

However, just as Jackson enjoyed her time on “Scarecrow and Mrs. King,” she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1987. She endured the whole process alone as she had to keep her radiation treatments a secret from her producer at the time.

The “Making Love” star was cleared the following year and thought she would redeem her career with the show “Baby Boom,” but it was poorly received and canceled after 13 weeks.

The show was also not enjoyable for Jackson. The 74-year-old confessed it brought “the most stress of my entire life.” Soon after, she underwent another mammogram, and another cluster of cancer cells was found in her breast.

The actress followed the doctor’s suggestion to perform a partial mastectomy and reconstructive plastic surgery. After surviving three failed marriages and battling her health, she adopted her son Charles Taylor.

Adding the role of motherhood to her life was the best decision she made. Even though Jackson has kept her life private, it was reported that she put her home in Benedict Canyon, Los Angeles, on the market.

Jackson moved to a farm in Virginia and continued leading a quiet life outside the limelight. But after 14 years of not being seen, fans were glad to know the actress was holding up well.
