General Hospital Update: Tuesday, July 25 – Crime Scene Investigation, Nikolas Confession and Divorce Curveball

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, July 25, indicates that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will reach out to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) over the phone and alert him to the body situation in the alley.

Dex just found Gordon Stevens (Maurice Hall) without a pulse, so he’ll give Sonny updates and get some new orders.

Later, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will show up to launch a criminal investigation, so that’ll bring questions about whether Gordon has ties to Sonny.

Of course, GH fans know Gordon is actually connected to Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) and Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey), so we’ll see if Dante uncovers any clues about their organization or their mysterious boss.

At Wyndemere, Betty Rutherford (Ella Fentini) will dish out a few more threats before Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) grills Ava Jerome (Maura West) alone.

Sonny will sense that Ava’s in major trouble, so he’ll push her to just be honest and let him come to her rescue.

Since Ava’s under so much pressure, she’ll finally admit the entire story – starting with the night Nikolas Cassadine (last played by Adam Huss) insisted he was going to kidnap Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola).

Ava ended up fighting back and got Austin’s help to stash the body, which ultimately vanished.

Mason also began holding the Nik secret over Ava and Austin, so Sonny will flip once Ava reveals all this.

Sonny will blast Ava for hiding the danger, especially since Avery’s at risk in the middle of all this nanny spy drama.

After Sonny goes on a tirade, he’ll let Ava know that he’s going to take it from here.

Things have obviously gotten out of hand on Ava’s end, but Sonny will feel confident he can get it all under control.

Of course, there’s one part of the story that Ava can’t tell since she isn’t in the loop.

Ava doesn’t know that Mason has Nikolas hidden somewhere on life support, so that’s a secret that’ll have to unravel later.

Until then, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will do some flirting at the Port Charles Grill, where they’ll be in sync when it comes to their revived romance.

At the Metro Court pool, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will be taken aback when Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) apparently wants to ditch their clothes and skinny-dip.

Chase will argue that they might get caught, but Brook Lynn will start undressing him and plead with him to be a rule-breaker with her.

Other GH spoilers say Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will be in denial when it comes to his prognosis. Although Curtis has been told it’s doubtful he’ll ever walk again, he won’t be ready to accept that.

Curtis will get on his phone and most likely do some research about cutting-edge treatments, so he might want to rush into something unproven and dangerous.

After Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) pumps the brakes and does her best to offer comfort, Curtis will become more discouraged about the future.

If there’s truly no hope for him to regain the use of his legs, Curtis will think Portia needs to divorce him and let him deal with this on his own.

General Hospital spoilers say Portia will reel when she realizes Curtis is trying to cut ties, so stay tuned for more news on their strained marriage.
