Alaskan Bush People spoilers reveal that Matt has struggled with alcohol and drug problems for years. He’s had a few stints in rehab, including one at the famous Betty Ford center. After leaving the treatment center, he got mixed up with a married woman. That wasn’t a one-night stand or a short-term fling, though.
‘Toxic’ Affair With Married Woman
In a series of Instagram rants, Matt has been bashing pretty much everyone, including his own family. He also had some pretty bad things to say about this woman he had the alleged affair with. At the same time, he admitted that having the affair was “wrong,” but that was all the responsibility he would take. According to Matt, she was just an awful person who was “toxic.”

At least Matt didn’t state her name, as this woman is married the last time he checked. She also has children. As far as what made her toxic, Matt explained that she was an addict herself. She ended up relapsing on Xanax (an anti-anxiety medication). He also claimed that when he “caught” her using Xanax, she “turned her issues” on him and tried to get him “locked up.” Apparently, Matt had this toxic affair for three years.
Bashing Billy Brown
Alaskan Bush People spoilers reveal that Matt also bashed his dead father, Billy Brown. He claims that his father was controlling and took all the money they earned from the reality show. He said that Billy stole $360,000 from him and left him cold and hungry. Of course, Billy is no longer alive to defend himself, so it’s just Matt’s word versus a corpse. He also said that he was pushed to the edge of insanity, as was another family member. He didn’t name this other family member, but it must be Bear Brown. He might be talking about Raiven Adams’ claim that he was exhibiting “erratic” behavior.
