During the laparoscopic endometriosis excision surgery, they removed a staggering 21 endometriosis adhesions. These adhesions had been causing her immense pain, including nausea and migraines. Lily had been enduring this debilitating pain for three and a half years, enduring weeks of agony each month.
Future, Lily also took a moment to acknowledge the Endometriosis Foundation of America and her fellow “endo warriors” who provide crucial support to women battling this challenging disease. Not only this, she gave special recognition to Bindi Irwin, the Australian television personality and zookeeper, whose own journey with endometriosis helped her recognize her own struggle.
