Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Wednesday, July 26 – Date Night Horror, Surprise Invitation and DNA Dilemma Strikes

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, July 26, reveal that Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will deal with some guilt as he helps Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) get ready for her wedding to Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte).

Leo knows about the inheritance Dimitri stands to gain if he takes a wife before his 40th birthday.

Of course, Leo is also hiding his new romance with Dimitri, so he realizes he’s keeping secrets that would devastate Gwen if she found out.

However, Leo will do his part to help Gwen prepare for her big day and will keep his mouth shut when it comes to all the other drama.

Speaking of drama, Days spoilers say there’ll be some at Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Stephanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) apartment since they’ll face multiple interruptions.

Stephanie and Chad will be trying to enjoy a quiet evening alone when Dimitri stops by – most likely with a wedding invitation for Chad.

Of course, Dimitri will no doubt insist Stephanie is more than welcome to come as Chad’s plus one.

Meanwhile, Days spoilers say Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will be disappointed when her next blind date isn’t Li Shin (Remington Hoffman).

Although Melinda briefly hoped that she might get a second chance, she’ll soon realize Li’s meeting someone else for a blind date at Small Bar.

There’ll be a true crime podcast fan named Connie who gushes over her passion and perhaps seems a little too strange for Li’s taste.

As for Melinda, she’ll have a horrible blind date of her own.

Days spoilers hint that Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) will arrive late and be his usual obnoxious self, so Melinda definitely won’t hit it off with him.

Since Alex will show up shirtless on Chad and Stephanie’s doorstep again, Melinda might even throw a drink on him and force him to strip down in the aftermath. Alex might ask to borrow some stain remover or make some other excuse to pay his neighbors a visit.

Stephanie might wonder if Alex learned nothing from their conversation about boundaries, but she may eventually see that he could use someone to vent to.

After things go so poorly with Melinda, Alex may become even more convinced that true love isn’t out there for him.

Next on Wednesday’s DOOL episode, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will join Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) as they continue an important discussion.

Sloan just gave Nicole updates on her bun in the oven, so EJ’s about to get her pregnancy news, too.

Despite the concerns Nicole tries to conceal, EJ will think this is wonderful since Eric can focus on his own family and leave Nicole alone.

After EJ congratulates Sloan and Eric, they’ll find out about Dr. Ingrid Sorenson (Lisagayle Tomlinson) requesting EJ’s DNA sample for some genetic testing.

That revelation will send Sloan into panic mode since she’ll worry her paternity deception could blow up.

It won’t be long until Sloan imagines Eric’s outraged reaction to her rigged DNA test, so she’ll decide she can’t let that become a reality.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sloan will resolve to alter the new test results eventually and make sure nothing is amiss, so stay tuned for more shockers.
