General Hospital Spoilers: Carly & Olivia Ruin Sonny’s Wedding Day – BFFs Team Up for Nina’s Downfall?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) are finally starting to make some progress when it comes to planning their wedding. Sonny wants Nina to have the marriage ceremony of her dreams, but it could easily turn into a total nightmare!
That’s especially true now that Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) has offered her services as a wedding planner.
There has to be a reason why GH writers put Olivia in charge of making sure the nuptials all come together.
It’s probably so that Olivia can actually be the person who makes the wedding fall apart!
Olivia will be in the prime position to ruin Sonny and Nina’s wedding day, but she may need a little help when the time comes.
“Eddie Maine” aka Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) doesn’t remember Nina’s big secret, which is that she tipped off the SEC through her orders to Martin Grey (Michael Grey).
Nina’s actions led to Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) $5 million fine and Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) three-year prison sentence, so Sonny and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) would be furious if they knew the real story.
Of course, “Eddie” could easily experience a memory flood at some point – and if that happens, who will be the first person Ned comes clean to?
Once “Eddie” becomes Ned again, he may go straight to Olivia and tell her about Nina’s SEC shocker.
That could lead to Olivia recruiting Carly to make this a wedding to remember!
Olivia might give Carly updates on Nina’s secret snitching and suggest they should team up to make sure Nina pays for her actions.
In the August 9 episode, Carly and Olivia got a little montage to highlight their friendship over the years.
The show is really playing Olivia and Carly up as BFFs, so that could be in preparation for double the wedding trouble!
