Li Shin Learns About Melinda’s Loss
Days of Our Lives depends heavily on unexpected, twisted and constantly changing relationships for thrill and entertainment value. Currently, the Peacock soap is treating it’s viewers with the unexpected but alluring pairing of Li Shin and Melinda Trask. A few episodes ago, the two of them had a chance date, that was off to a bad start, but to their surprise, the two eventually found common ground and actually hit it off! This could be the beginning of a new and a long-lasting partnership.

Recently, during a conversation, Tripp name-dropped a formerly dead character. But every time a conversation circles to a past character on Days of Our Lives, it turns out to be a hint about something major coming up in relation to them. Tripp mentioned Melinda’s daughter, Haley, to Li and Wendy Shin. And filled them in on what had happened to her. The information put Li in a deep thought, and we can’t help but wonder if Li is about to embark on a search mission!
Will Li Reunite Melinda with her Daughter, Haley, on Days Of Our Lives?
For the unversed, Haley Chen entered Days of Our Lives as DA Melinda Trask’s daughter in December, 2018. At the time, the character was portrayed by actress Thia Megia. However, during the time jump between 2019-2020, the character was written off. Much to fans shock, it was revealed that Haley died after Kristen accidentally caused her to fall off the stairs at the hospital. Melinda has held a major grudge against Kristen ever since. However, it is to be noted that the fall was an accident. Kristen never intended to kill Haley.
But what if Haley never actually died on Days of Our Lives? Or maybe she did, but only temporarily! Soap Gods know we have seen that happen a zillion times already! So why not one more time? Perhaps, she is secretly in a coma somewhere or maybe even conscious without memory! Li might just end up finding her and might get her some experimental treatment from Dr. Rolf! Speaking of the crazy doc, there is even a chance that he is the one holding Haley! We know hoe much he loves having test subjects! Perhaps he “stole” her after her supposed death and has been keeping her iced ever since!
Again, considering that Li has inroads with the doc, he might just stumble upon a sleeping Haley at some point ahead!
