Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers hint there is no end in sight when it comes to Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and her baby drama storyline. Right now, Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) is desperately trying to keep the baby’s paternity under wraps, as the child’s father happens to be her boyfriend. At some point, more and more people will learn the truth, even if Nicole and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) remain in the dark.
So, what happens if EJ DiMera (Daniel Feuerriegel) finds out he’s not the father of Ms. Walker’s baby? Will he come forward or work hard to keep the secret hidden?

EJ is in love with Nicole. He also knows that Walker still has feelings for Eric. He could find out the truth by stumbling upon it, or by overhearing Sloan talking about it.
Regardless, if Nicole isn’t around when he learns that the baby she is carrying is really Eric’s, will he scramble to keep this secret hidden or go straight to Walker with the news?

EJ knows that his romance with Nicole could crumble once she learns the true paternity of her baby. He realizes the strong connection she shares with Mr. Brady and coming forth would be far too risky.
As Sloan is pregnant (for now), he may see no reason to tell Nicole the truth. That would make the situation far too sticky for everyone involved. If he learns the truth through Petersen, she may even encourage him to conspire with her to keep everything under wraps.
Both know there’s too much at stake for the baby’s paternity to come to light, and both EJ and Sloan realize that keeping things hidden is their best chance at keeping Nicole with DiMera and Eric with Petersen.
